Desktop Trainer

Training becomes affordable and portable with the Desktop Trainer.
Thanks to the low price and small form factor of the NAUTIS Desktop Trainer, training becomes possible on remote locations (eg. on board of ships). Alternatively, it is also possible to equip a complete classroom with the Desktop Trainer units, and carry out specific mission rehearsals in multi-user mode.

The Desktop Trainer includes NAUTIS simulation software installed on a PC or laptop, as well as a portable control unit. The Nautis Desktop Console is available in two variations, one with conventional ship controls and one with azimuth controls. Typical training courses where the Desktop Trainer can be used for:

• Basic navigation, ship handling and manoeuvring
• Offshore Supply Vessel handling
• Mission rehearsals
