Debriefing Station

The Debriefing Station is used for post-exercise debriefing and designed to accomodate maritime instructors. The instructor can record all ship movements of an exercise, and play them back on the Instructor Station. The Exercise Manager component of the Instructor Station offers both a 3D bird’s eye view of the exercise area and a 2D chart view, with the option to show the tracks of the vessels. During a replay of a recorded exercise, it is possible to connect the trainee simulator station again with the instructor station, so the same viewpoint can be re-established.

It can also be useful to do replay of the exercise in a separate debriefing room. This room contains the instructor station, the recorded camera view, the outside view of the bridge, and two navigation screens of the trainee station during the exercise replay.

The instructor can stand in front of the six 50" displays, and an assistant in the back of the room configures the different displays according to his instructions.
