VSTEP continues to innovate the virtual training world with professional, accurate and groundbreaking new simulation technology. VSTEP has developed a new line of maritime training simulators, scalable from desktops to 360-degree Full Mission Bridge Simulators, offering civilian and military customers huge advantages in terms of visuals, functionality, technology and pricing. The simulators are fully certified by the International Maritime Organisation and promise to revolutionise as industry dominated by legacy systems from the early 1990’s. VSTEP has its headquarters in The Netherlands and has an office in New York. For our global expansion, we are seeking qualified, ambitious, entrepreneurial sales representatives to represent VSTEP in South East Asia and Latin America.

As Sales Representative, you will:
•    Proactively seek opportunities to sell training simulators to maritime schools, ship owners and military clients
•    Be an integral member of the Global Sales Team, reporting to the CEO
•    Present and demonstrate simulator solutions
•    Respond to customer inquiries and draft quotations and bid documents
•    Coordinate marketing campaigns for your target markets with our Marketing Department
•    Support and stimulate our resellers in your markets
•    Provide timely and accurate reporting about inquiry status and quotation follow up

As Sales Representative, you will have:
•    Experience in selling technology products in a B2B environment, maritime simulation selling experience is an advantage
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and at least one other language
•    Entrepreneurial skills to operate independently, as part of a global team
•    Affinity with computers and good computer skills
•    Experience in the maritime and simulation industry
•    Existing network in relevant target segments is an advantage
•    Flexibility to travel and work the hours as required
